Kofu Breakfasts (and dreaming of a Japanese bath in Australia)

Where we are staying the breakfast was not included, so we have enjoyed an assortment of different breakfast options.  On the first day we ate beautiful bread brought to us the night before by Nikki's Japanese mum.  But on later days we had a selection of ready cooked meals from the Lawson and Family Mart convenience stores close to the hotel.  The quality is much higher than anything you could get in an convenience store in Australia.

A bento for 398 yen - very delcious (something like this would be 2 or 3 times more expensive in Australia).  They even heated it up for us at the convenience store.

Sushi for breakfast :-) Delicious and healthy

Gyoza (they also heated this up for us)

Zaru Soba in the packaging for 305 yen (although when we went to pay, they only charged us 280, we aren't sure why)

The Zaru Soba unpackaged.

Japanese bathrooms are very different to Australian bathrooms - and we really want to turn ours into a Japanese bathroom if we can.
The bath is shorter but much deeper than in Australia

A stool to sit on so you can wash before you hop into the bath to soak.  There is a shower and a bowl for you to pour water over you as well.  The whole room is water tight, so you don't have water going every where.
