The bicycles that were parked illegally were fenced off (for shame), and issued with fines (bicycles in Japan are registered with the local government)
This is the Wakao factory - and they have a hot spring for the employees :-)
In the department store in Kofu, there is a curved escalator - we've never seen anything like it!!
