Our 3 year old granddaughter A was missing us a lot on this trip, so when we were staying in Paddington in London, we bought a Paddington Bear & took photos of him having an adventure with us, that we sent back home to A, most days. Here is a collection of those photos, which we had a LOT of fun taking (even though it was pretty embarrassing sometimes).

Paddington loved the high speed train from Rome to Florence, it went REALLY fast (250km/hr)

Mmmmmm Paddington loved the pop up bakery down the street from the apartment. It was a special pop up bakery for International Women’s Day, which is a BIG deal in Italy, with women of all ages being given gifts, especially of “Mimosa” flowers (wattle), because it represents beauty and resilience.

At the local supermarket they had books for kids which Paddington really liked.
Paddington did a food class and learnt how to make Lasagne. Paddington’s friend Garfield loves Lasagne!
